About Modugenics Integrative Wellness

Modugenics Integrative Wellness is a physician-led clinic in Fort Lauderdale focused on preventive care and healthy aging. We believe aging is a process you can manage with the right information, so we start with a thorough evaluation instead of a one-size-fits-all plan.

Our Approach

We look at the whole person. Your care begins with a detailed history and lab testing, and your plan is built around what we find. Treatment, when appropriate, is individualized, monitored and adjusted over time. Results vary from person to person, and not everyone is a candidate for every therapy.

Meet Dr. José V. Coba

Dr. José V. Coba is the founder and Medical Director of Modugenics. He focuses on root-cause, preventive care, combining traditional medical training with age management and hormone optimization medicine.

Dr. Coba has practiced medicine for more than 30 years across primary care, emergency medicine, men’s health and age management medicine. He earned his Doctor of Medicine and Surgery (M.D.) in Colombia, completed an internship in family medicine, and later earned a Master of Public Health (M.P.H.) from the University of South Florida. He is licensed to practice medicine in Florida.

His additional training and credentials in age management include certification in Age Management Medicine from the Cenegenics Medical Institute and Diplomate status with the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine (A4M). He is a member of the American Medical Association, the Florida Medical Association and the A4M, and is also the founder and Medical Director of Concierge Men’s Wellness.

What We Offer

Men’s Health

For erectile dysfunction and other men’s sexual health concerns, our sister practice Concierge Men’s Wellness provides focused, private care. Many of our patients begin there and later join our broader age management program.
